Sinatra Centenary Concert featuring Curtis Stigers, Jaqui Dankworth and Todd Gordon

In his centenary year, Edinburgh Jazz Festival celebrates the supreme craftsman of popular song. For three decades, Sinatra had no peer in interpreting the classic American songbook and many of his recordings remain the definitive versions. Think of “Come Fly With Me”, “I Get A Kick Out Of You”, “I’ve Got You Under My Skin”, “New York, New York”.  In a special Festival production, a current master of sophisticated song, Curtis Stigers, salutes Frank Sinatra and his musical legacy.  Todd Gordon and Jacqui Dankworth will reprise their famous Frank n’Ella duets and the BBC Big Band bring their class to the whole evening.
